Berg Berg Photography is an adventurous, authentic and inclusive wedding photography business in Golden, Colorado.

An ADVENTURE-loving husband/wife team with 20 years of professional experience capturing artistic photographic memories for couples and families. Most of our work is near Golden but we will travel anywhere in the Southwestern United States, especially mountain biking destinations.

AUTHENTIC means your photos will be timeless, you will look like you without the latest filter fad so you won’t look back on your photos and cringe. We are both artists, not just people with fancy cameras. We use an unobtrusive, journalistic style of photography to tell your story.

We are looking for the elements of your style, emotional moments and details of your wedding or event that make it uniquely yours. We are especially interested in capturing the energy and connection you have and will accomplish that with coaching when you’re unsure what to do. We have photographed in all types of Colorado weather and are prepared for anything. We do not outsource, we edit all of our own images. We carry insurance required for many Colorado venues.

INCLUSIVE is not just a token buzzword to us. We have had LGBTQ family and chosen family way before it was as accepted to be out and legally married. Love is love, we see you and support you. We have photographed Hindu, Mulsim, Jewish, Christian, Buddhist, Pagan, Humanistic and Star Wars ceremonies. We are there to document your day however you choose to celebrate.

Why Berg Berg?

As a husband/wife team, we don’t have the same last name but the names both have a “berg” or “mountain” in Swedish. We enjoy our mountains every chance we get, on and off shoot. We were married in a fever with pretzel rings when the world seemed to be falling apart in March 2020 and haven’t looked back. When we’re not photographing kick ass couples, you will find us at high school sporting events with our 4 teens, riding mountain bikes, snowboarding, skateboarding, climbing, at the dog park, at one of our many favorite local breweries or watching Star Trek.
